A little Hawaii and a whole lot of Texas go into this extraordinary dry rub spice, but only the best burgers and steaks come out! Rub generously on beef, chicken or other meats at least 30 minutes (longer the better) before cooking and we recommend using charcoal or a smoker for best results.
